Just like you, I’ve experienced the feelings of owning a business: the wins, the losses, and the stalemates. I was the kid who did everything I could to earn money: I ran a lemonade stand, shovelled snow during freezing winters, and did lawn work in the summer. I even learned retail at my parent's store as a teenager.
Since then, I’ve started countless companies: a window cleaning company, an installation company, a home services company, and more. Through all of the startups, I can tell you one thing: business ownership is a vital part of who I am. This is why I believe I am born to coach business owners such as you.

Effective Business Ownership
In 2004 I started in installations, sales & design with a home improvement company and within 2 years I sold 3x of my sales target, accounting for millions of dollars of revenue. This reignited my passion for business ownership and I was offered a partnership and I became VP with a staff of 25. After the business was impacted by the economic downturn I eventually took over sole ownership. I reduced fixed overhead costs by 80%, increased the Gross Profit Margin by 15%, and built a high-growth business. The company’s success attracted a new executive partner and continues to expand today. I still love business and remain involved in a director role in 3 companies.
